I want to know if I can play the Sims 3 PC on my Mac running on Windows SP2 Home Edition under Boot Camp with these system stats (by the way, I can play the Sims 2 Mac on my Mac fine, even though the company said I couldn't :P)

Lots of MB
Not sure about the Graphics Card... can you tell me where to check that?

The best place to look for requirements is on the official website.
Lots of MB? You mean hard drive space? I'd recommend lots of GB, not MB. At least 1 GB, if not 2 GB of RAM, and a very high end non-Nvidia graphics card.
Run dxdiag to check your video card and CPU specs.
