The Sims 3 System Requirement Problem!?

I am having a major problem with figuring out if my Genuine Intel 1.8 Duo Core Processor will be able to run The Sims 3! I need help figuring out what the heck is a Genuine Processor and such!



Here are my system specs, followed by The sims 3 Requirements!
