no, the intel gma 950 wont be able to play the sims 3.

you need to get a new video card. also if you have vista the requirements are 1.5gb minimum so if you only have 1gb installed then you need to get more.

to do this you will have to take out your old ram

for the minimum amount of ram, you will still need to take out one of the already installed sticks to put this one in
