Okay I am buying a laptop soon and I want to make sure it can run the Sims 3 game and some of it's expansion packs. Here are some of the specs:
Processor - AMD Turion鈩?II
Processor Speed - 2.3GHz
Ram - 4GB
Graphics - ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200
Video Memory - 128MB display cache; up to 1918MB total
Would it be worth me buying this computer? can you suggest one around $600 to $700?
Please help me, thank youSims 3 System Requirements and my soon to be laptop?
The one you mentioned is worthless,as you asked for one between 600 to700 so i have a much better option for you,it is ASUS UL80Vt-A1 14-Inch Thin and Light Black Laptop (11.5 Hours of Battery Life)

Windows 7 Home Premium Operating System (64 bit), 11.5 Hours of Battery LifeSims 3 System Requirements and my soon to be laptop?
The laptop you mention would be worthless for gaming. The Radeon 4200 is an integrated graphics chip (the slowest type).
I normally don't like Acer (or Gateway), but they've been offering some good configurations for the money this year. They're really trying to compete.
This one has an Intel Core i5 450M (2.40GHz), a Radeon 5650 1GB dedicated graphics chip, and a 1600 x 900 LED backlight screen. (Similar specs from a brand like HP would cost $200 more.)
Acer Aspire AS7741G-3647, $775,
